描述和要求

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a key recruiter supporting multiple client groups.​
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement plans for sourcing and recruiting strategies, paying particular attention to HARMAN’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness initiatives​.
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels with strong sourcing knowledge in portal i.e. (LinkedIn), proficiency in using different job portals and networking sites;
  • Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods; Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR business partners, Talent Acquisition leaders and other stakeholders as appropriate on pipeline development and progress of candidates​.
  • Lead or participate in projects (campus recruitment, /domestic/global talent mapping/executive searching etc..) to support the development of our talent acquisition function.
  • Work with large sets of numbers and data and is able to translate data into insights to influence stakeholders and drive better hiring decisions.
  • Integrate HARMAN’s brand strategy into all recruitment activity​. Develops compelling and inspirational messages to tell the HARMAN talent story.
  • Work with China/ Global team, supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs assigned as needed.

What You Need

  • Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years overall recruiting experience, the majority of which should be focused on technical recruiting - in a fast-growth technology company.
  • Experience of full-cycle recruitment and efficient Executive Recruiting function.
  • Independent as a recruiter for medium level recruiting, with good interview & selection skills and influential communication with business hiring manager;
  • Good sense of C&B when propose offer;
  • Fluent in oral and written English;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Strong Ownership and high engagement;
  • Pay attention to details;
  • Candidate from Consumer Electronic esp. Audio industry will be an added advantage.
