About The Role  

This position is for a fresh graduate who is major in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Master degree is highly preferred. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. This position’s main responsibility is designing and developing mobile apps products but not limited to Android or iOS. As a Apps team Software Engineer, the candidate is expected to have basic computer science and software engineering knowledge, good programming capability and necessary project experience. Knowledge and experience in edge technology area is highly preferred, such as Blockchain, AI/AIGC, and so on. This individual should have a strong, positive attitude and good learning capability, open-minded for communication. Strong verbal and written English are also very important.

What You Will Do

• Participate in Harman Consumer audio apps products development.
• Work with technical lead, SPM, GPLM and other stakeholders on software features development.
• Closely track new technology trend, mobile system Android and iOS updates, research new technology and application.
• Data analytics implementation, data query and process, then presentation.

What You Need  

• Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, with solid knowledge of computer science or software engineer.
• Excellent skills of C/C++, JAVA/Kotlin, Object-C/Swift, Python, SQL, knowledge of Cloud is preferred, knowledge with RESTful API, JSON, and so on.
• Good understanding of architecture, design patterns, MVVM, and experience in mobile application (Android or iOS) integration.
• Knowledge and experience with data analytics, good presentation skills.
• Proficient in SVN, Git and MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, willing to collaborate with the other team members; excellent verbal and written English.
