This position is primarily responsible for performing the environmental qualification testing, conducting the pre- and post functional check.

What You Will Do

This role is focus on performing qualification testing. The Candidate must have well teamwork with team members, and can give helpful suggestion base on test result is more prefer. It is expected as opportunities arise to support our colleagues in areas such as test plan definition and test methodology development. By the way, with automotive background, environmental testing experience is more prefer too.

• Understand automotive customer test requirement and international spec.
• Familiar with environmental test items and purpose, such as temperature test, humidity test, thermal shock etc.
• Prepare the test samples, test harness, fixtures and other support stuffs for internal lab and external lab test.
• Work with test engineer to execute test items according to test plan, daily check the test raw data and results.
• Make sure all test should be done in time.
• Update the test results and status to test engineer in time.
• Other assigned task.

What You Need

• Above Junior’s college in electrical field.
• At least 2+ years related experience in automotive testing and lab.
• Skilled for MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, and so on.
• Good read and written English.

What is Nice to Have

• Sufficient  knowledge test methodology and chamber operation experience is a desire.
• Familiar with Automotive international reliability standards. Knowledge in automotive OEM specs is a plus.
• Qualified knowledge in reliability field, amplifier test experience would be priority.

What Makes You Eligible

• Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only OR domestic.
• Be willing to work in an office in Suzhou.
• Can accept overtime if necessary.
