- Financial evaluation and control on Samsung Synergy projects: Business case evaluation to justify the profitability, and cost-effectiveness of the project. Work with cross-function team on validating investment, product cost, forecasted sales, and other R&D related expenses.
- Resource and Spending Tracking & Forecasting for Samsung Synergy projects: Periodically track and monitor the Samsung Synergy projects spending, hiring status and related labor cost. Fully communicate and align across function team and deliver tracking report to key stakeholders.
- Consumer SBU Profit Improvement Plan Tracking & Forecasting. Involve in and track the PIP saving projects ideas, implementation status, and actual saving tracking.
- Consumer SBU Sustainability Data Collection and Reporting. Work with sustainability team and PMO team on tracking and the sustainability related cost and CO2 reduction, as well as defining the framework of reporting.
