About the Role

Responsibility for Suzhou Manufacturing plant middle level production management. Lead the production team to achieve department KPI.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and train production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for materials, schedules, and equipment.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to meet targets.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • With at least 5 years’ experience production management in Display manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, CET-4 above.
  • Strong executive power and good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be good at problem solving and continuous improving.
  • Support Production manager to overall manage Production Department.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.
  • Fluent English in both reading and speaking.
  • SMT experiences in Automotive electrical industry.
  • Knowledge on lean 6-sigma.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Successfully complete a background investigation and physical check as a condition of employment.
  • This position requires the use of a use of a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle.  As such, any offer of employment will be contingent upon having a clean driving record, which will be evaluated and determined in HARMAN’s sole discretion, no more than 4 active points for moving violations (issued by any motor vehicle agency), and no references to operating a vehicle under the influence of controlled substances within the last 10 years.
