About the Role

You will be the principal engineer in the DSP team

What You Will Do

• Port and implement Sound/Voice algorithms into target DSP chipset with limited MIPS/Memory
• Take ownership of legacy sound algorithms and DSP platforms used in current products to provide necessary updates and ensure continued success
• Keep track of the latest sound technological innovations and developments and work closely with sound algorithm partner
• Architect algorithms to various DSP platforms and oversee product integration working with global engineering teams
• Work with Acoustic team to design new sound algorithms
• Regularly documenting findings, recommendations, algorithms, software, Etc
• Provide assistance to junior engineers

What You NeedWhat You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in digital Signal Processing, Math, Acoustics, or another related major
• 6+ year experiences of DSP algorithm implementation
• Proficient in Matlab and C or C++
• DSP assembly coding is preferred
• Experience on porting/implementing microphone signal processing (AEC, NR, Beamforming etc) or music post-processing (EQ, Limiter, Virtual Surround/Spatial Sound/Beamforming/Room Calibration etc)
• Or experience on Neural Network model deployment in DSP or ARM etc
• Experience on fixed-point implementation of audio algorithms
• Experience on HiFi/CEVA/ADI/TI DSP or others DSP chipset
• Fluent Spoken English, Professional read and written English skill

• Willingness to work in an office in Shenzhen
