About the Role

This position will support Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Shenzhen Site leader in daily administrative work as well as functional teams to handle day-to-day administration.

What You Will Do

This role will include but not be limited to:

  • Time management: efficiently manage schedule for SVP; arrange meetings, host internal and external visitors etc.
  • Reporting assistance: monthly Operations business report consolidation and on time submission; other reports assistance for functional teams if necessary;
  • T&E support: travel reservations and arrangement; Visa application support; expense reimbursement;
  • Administration support:
  • Department Capex items application (including laptop/CIMT etc.) and management
  • Tooling PO management in HCP system for OPM team
  • Coordination and Car arrangement for supplies’ visit;
  • New Employee on-boarding support
  • Onsite employee payment application and arrangement
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by SVP.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5 years’ experience in EA, Departmental Assistant in big organization, MNC preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in administration or English;
  • Can-do attitude with growth mindset;
  • Attention to details, thoughtfulness and professionalism;
  • Skilled at Word, Excel; Power Point, and MS Outlook;
  • Strong capability of coordination/planning;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Be able to manage the diversity of internal and external team in functions and cultures to get things done
  • Be able to define the appropriate execution strategy to ensure project deliverables
  • Be able to manage and drive the team to meet various timelines
  • Be able to build relationship with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
