Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Supplier Relationship Governance: Make strategic decisions and provide comprehensive oversight on all aspects of supplier relationships, encompassing contract administration, commercial pricing, supply chain security, and conflict resolution.
  • RFI/RFQ Management & Optimal Display Sourcing: Lead the RFI/RFQ processes to identify and secure the most advantageous display solutions that bolster new business acquisition.
  • Stakeholder-Supplier Liaison: Act as the central point of contact and escalation for both internal stakeholders and supply partners, orchestrating effective communication and collaboration in between.
  • Category Strategy Execution: Align with Category lead, Business Units, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing functions to devise and implement targeted category strategies.
  • Supplier Development & Performance Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture new suppliers, while actively monitoring the supplier portfolio and conducting regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.
  • Negotiation Coordination & Global Price Management: Efficiently plan, execute, and document negotiation processes, encompassing the annual global price negotiation cycle, to secure advantageous terms and cost competitiveness..
  • Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of global procurement market dynamics and industry trends, leveraging insights to inform decision-making, risk mitigation, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or engineering discipline
  • 5 years strategic sourcing experience, cost analysis, negotiation, self-motivated, detailed oriented, quick learner.
  • Desired experience in Electronics sourcing and procurement activities in automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in supplier management.
  • Excellent market research and trend analysis skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

What is Nice to Have

  • Automotive Display sourcing experience is a plus
