About the Role

This professional HR role requires good knowledge and experience to manage and support various HR activities in a complex and large-scale organization in facing 1000 employees. This role is responsible for daily HR work in various HR Operation areas with high quality and independence, and is able to take lead in some HR projects or site programs that impacts the organization and employees. Improving process and operation excellence is essential in this role to contribute to HR goals.

What You Will Do

  • HR Operation & System – Primary HR contact and resource of all employees, providing expert advice on HR policy and regulations; maintaining Workday data integrity and confidentiality, reporting and provide statistical analysis that contributes to problem solving and HR solutions.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding process independently, facilitate onboard training, contract & probation management. 
  • Payroll managing and benefits administering with minimum supervision.
  • Local hire foreigner management - handle Work Visa, relocations and benefits independently.
  • Learning and Training – lead New Employee Orientation Training; provide support for all training program and administer learning record; reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and implement Government Programs and HR Projects – Assess, plan, and implement government programs, Initiate, lead and organize site engagement, wellbeing and diversity program or activities with HRBP and site leadership.
  • Proactively collaborate and seek opportunities for continuous Improvement in process and systems independently

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or above  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR professional role, or in multinational companies.
  • Good knowledge in HR related policies, rules, and Labor Law/regulations, Taxation
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills, strong collaboration, good time management skills, attention to details, problem solving skills; Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office software and HRIS.
  • Good data and analytical skill
