Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Assistant to compliance to the NPI Process and tools in PMO through deeply communication with cross functional teams.
  • Develop applicable service programs, process and database to centralize PMO activities
  • Help to optimize existing NPI process tools or develop new tools to satisfy Program Management needs
  • Maintain PMIS(project management information system) system. Develop modules/reports/layouts for business demands
  • PMIS training to PMs or cross-functional teams
  • Support PMO daily operation

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical degree desirable
  • 3-5 years of previous project management tool experience in the mid to high volume consumer products industry
  • Certain coding skills is required
  • Require PC skills using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to multi-task and have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in PHP/Javascript/CSharp/Python is preferred
  • Fluent English speaking and writing. Strong logical thinking and decision making skills.
