About the Role
The role is responsible for handling the software project and for adhering to the agreed product quality, schedule and cost targets as well as to the processes defined in the software project.
What You Will Do
Creates and updates the planning for the project-specific SW development (schedule, cost and resource planning)
Defines required activities and their priorities to be executed by the SW project team
Coordinates the planning of SW requirement management ,SW configuration, change request management and SW quality assurance
Tracks SW project processes by means of the measurements defined for software project, costs, schedule and quality in software development.
Carries out issues and risk management in the SW project and keeps track of the derived actions.
Regularly reports the software project status to direct manager and stakeholders.
Implement and review software architecture design and some high level designs in line with global cross function teams.
Participates in internal and customer driven design / issues reviews throughout program.
Following a defined software development process, including unit testing, integration testing, and etc.
What You Need
Bachelor major in electronics, embedded programming, software engineering, computer science or related
Minimum 10 years of working experience in automotive industry. Among these, 4+ years of embedded software development experience, 2+ years of software project management experience. Solid knowledge and rich programming experience of C/C++ language.
Familiar with automotive V-model, and software engineering process including requirement, design, coding and testing. Familiar with software process standard, such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, Agile, etc.
Strong knowledge and experience of MCU/CAN/UDS/AUTOSAR/Embedded OS.
Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, positive communication.
Fluent in spoken English.
What is Nice to Have
Familiar with audio processing.
Experience in leading a SW project team to achieve ASPICE CL 2 in assessment.
Fluent in second foreign language, such as German, French, Japanese, etc.
What Makes You Eligible
