Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning & Goal Achievement 
    • Develop annual sales plans and break down quarterly/monthly targets to ensure sales objectives for premium headphone product lines are met. 
    • Analyze market trends, competitor sales performance, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and capture greater market share in the high-end segment. 
  • Channel Development & Management
    • Expand premium sales channels (e.g., high-end department stores, specialty audio retailers, e-commerce platforms) to establish long-term, stable partnerships. 
    • Manage inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies for existing channels to maintain the brand's premium image. 
  • Team Collaboration & Training
    • Lead distributor teams and guide them in executing the company's sales strategies. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop branding initiatives for relevant product lines. 
  • Data Analysis & Decision-Making
    • Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market performance to optimize sales strategies and provide actionable insights to senior management. 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. 
  • Proven ability to develop new sales channels .
  • Experience in managing both online and offline distributors. 
  • Deep understanding of the audio market with the ability to accurately communicate product value. 

Bonus Points if You Have

  • 5+ years of sales experience in high-end consumer goods/professional audio equipment; prior experience in the headphones/speaker industry is preferred. 
  • Omnichannel management experience (online & offline). 
  • Familiarity with Key Account (KA) management is a plus. 
  • Strong team coordination skills. 
  • Retail management experience preferred.
