About the Role

Be responsible for managing the delivery schedule of production materials and quality　control of parts in Masimo Consumer products. Interact closely with cross-functional teams such as HW Engineering, Product Design, Quality, Reliability, Operations and Logistics with major responsibilities as below:

What You Will Do

• Delivery date management according to production plans
• Implement Lessons learned process.
• Manage quality escalations and drive quality issue resolution.
• Develop Product Quality Plan and ensure its execution at suppliers.
• Develop and Execute an Milestone Process for New Products
• Manage the Early Field Failures Analysis Process
• Define Key Quality Metrics and utilize analytics to present a clear picture of product health in the field.
• Support new product development builds at factory as required.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Working experience: 7+ years’ experience in high volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Experience presenting to product teams and stakeholders.
• Decisive and effective at issue tracking and resolution
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally to US, UK, Taiwan as needed.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
