About the Role
We are looking for more than just a Sales Manager - we’re seeking a builder of the party speaker ecosystem. You will be fully responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of JBL party speakers across specific channels in the China market. Your core missions include:
- Develop and deepen the “musical instrument channel”, positioning JBL party speakers as the preferred amplification equipment for instrument players, music education institutions, and music enthusiasts.
- Drive online business growth by formulating and executing effective sales strategies on platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin, increasing market share and brand influence.
- Efficiently manage the general distributor and regional distribution system, ensuring healthy channels, reasonable inventory, and strategic alignment to exceed sales targets.
What You Will Do
1. Musical Instrument & Professional Channel Development and Management (Approx. 40%)
- Formulate and execute JBL party speaker expansion strategies in professional channels such as music stores, music training schools, and performance equipment rental companies.
- Identify and develop key accounts (KA), establish long-term stable partnerships, and successfully embed JBL party speakers into target channels.
- Deeply understand the needs of instrument users and collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns, product training, and joint promotions tailored to this channel.
- Analyze sales data from the musical instrument channel to continuously optimize product mix and sales strategies, ensuring rapid market share growth.
2. Online Sales Strategy and Execution (Approx. 30%)
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to set annual sales targets and marketing plans for JBL party speakers on mainstream platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD.com) and social commerce platforms (e.g., Douyin, Kuaishou).
- Monitor online pricing systems, manage channel conflicts, and maintain a healthy online market environment.
- Analyze online user behavior and competitor trends, offering suggestions for product, content, and promotional optimization to drive traffic conversion and sales growth.
- Work closely with online distributors and platform officials to plan and execute major promotional events (e.g., 6.18, Double 11).
3. General Distributor and Distribution System Management (Approx. 30%)
- Manage the daily operations of designated regional general distributors, including sales target breakdown, progress tracking, performance evaluation, and review.
- Provide necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategy support to general distributors and downstream resellers, empowering channel growth.
- Manage channel inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product supply and optimize inventory turnover efficiency.
- Strictly enforce company channel policies and market regulations to maintain good channel order.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the audio, consumer electronics, or musical instrument industry, with at least 3 years focused on channel sales management.
- Proven success in developing musical instrument channels, familiarity with the industry ecosystem, and a stable customer base in this channel.
- Rich experience in managing online channels, familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and marketing strategies, with verifiable online sales achievements.
- Experience in managing general distributors or large-scale resellers, with expertise in channel structure design, incentive policy development, and performance management.
- Strong interest in music and party culture, with sharp market insight and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience working with internationally renowned audio brands or well-known musical instrument brands.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
