About the Role

This intern position will assist in the implementation of AI technology in laboratory management scenarios. By participating in mini-program development and data integration work (such as standardization of tooling fixtures and visualization), the intern will use AI tools to improve the overall operational efficiency of the laboratory.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the implementation of AI technology in laboratory management and optimize processes (including data collection, anomaly early warning, etc.).
  • Participate in the standardization of tooling fixtures, organize parameters, and formulate specifications.
  • Develop visualization mini-programs to display equipment/status in real time.
  • Use AI technology to complete data processing and script development to support efficiency improvement.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors such as AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • Proficient in Python and capable of independently developing simple scripts/programs.
  • Basic understanding of AI principles and awareness of AI applications in laboratory scenarios.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and ability to collaborate on efficiency optimization projects.
  • Attendance is at least 4 days per week, and the internship period lasts at least 4 months.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in overseas research projects or academic exchanges.
  • Relevant experience in AI-based laboratory management or tooling fixture standardization.
  • Skills in mini-program development or data integration.
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as Copilot.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
