About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will play a critical role in supporting the Business Unit (BU) Controlling team by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations. This position partners closely with BU leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for executive management review.
  • Support BU leaders with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
  • Analyze and evaluate BU operating results using COPA and Darwin systems; identify root causes and drive resolution of issues.
  • Assess regional BU performance against Plan and Forecast, explaining key variances and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to provide financial analysis and support decision-makin.
  • Conduct product line portfolio and profitability analysis to optimize business outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of BU budgets and forecasts; perform actual vs. plan variance analysis.
  • Monitor cost center performance against Plan and Forecast and conduct gap analysis.
  • Lead and support ad hoc projects as required.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis processes.
  • Working knowledge of BPC/SAP.
  • Results-driven: Proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a global matrixed organization.
  • Adaptable to changing demands and conditions.
  • Customer-focused, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-aware, with a commitment to personal development and accountability.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
