About the Role 

Service Operation and Tech support in Sound United China Customer Service organization 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Technical Support for CN distributors/ customers/service center   

  • Monitor 400 hotline service quality 

  • Service parts operation and inventory plan 

  • Feedback technical and quality issue to QA and got solution 

  • KA support to help them reduce the return rate 

  • Repair report making 

  • Other service PJ or new tasks from line manager 

 

What You Need to Be Successful 

  • Associate degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience; 

  • Technical skills and knowledge of electronics/audio 

  • Good knowledge of Bluetooth and network connection  

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills , English speaking and writing is requested  

  • Knowledge of after-service  

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with basic data consolidation and analysis skills; 

  • Strong logic sense 

Bonus Points if You Have  

  • Hands-on experience in managing outsourced 400 hotline service centers or authorized repair/service partners. 

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems.

  • Good written and spoken English. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%. 

  • Energetic, service mind, self-confidence, pleasant personality.
