About the Role

The job is related to manage end-to-end costing process from global level. This role owns global governance and accuracy of costing‑related master data and SAP MM condition records, ensuring reliable standard costs across the product lifecycle. More specifically It partners closely with Global Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regional Finance to safeguard SKU costing, costing control at different NPI gates and material ledger integrity. By driving disciplined data readiness and variance resolution, the role enables accurate COGS reporting, effective cost planning, and confident decision‑making at a global level.

What You Will Do

The job responsibilities as a finance controlling role. You will own global governance and accuracy of costing‑related SAP master data and processes to support standard costing and material ledger integrity.

This entails:

  • SAP MM Condition Record Governance: Manage costing related MM condition records of freight, duty, ICM and tariff at global level, ensuring accurate access sequences, globally compliant setup, and alignment of rate assumptions (container rates, duty logic, tariff usage, ICM rules).
  • Costing Related Master Data Readiness & Governance: Partner with Global Supply Chain team get master data integrity for all materials included in standard cost runs
  • Monthly New SKU Costing Tracking & Error Resolution: Perform monthly monitoring of newly created SKUs costing, identify and correct missing or incorrect costings. Support regional finance teams with error fixes e.g. condition issues, missing info records
  • NPI Project Costing Accuracy Control: Manage NPI SKU costing updates at Gate 4 globally and ensure standard cost accuracy before product SOP
  • Material Ledger Variance Review & Issue Resolution: Review purchase price variances, freight /duty /tariff variances, and ICM impacts weekly or bi-weekly and locate key variances between material ledger and standard cost. Work with Regional Controlling, MM, and Accounting to resolve ML related errors, blocked items, or master data inconsistencies.
  • Size/Dimension Accuracy and Readiness: Lead improvements to the size /dimension data maintenance process in SAP. Partner with Packaging, PMO, and Supply Chain to ensure size data readiness and accuracy at Gate 2.
  • Cost Planning: Assist the Costing Manager in driving the annual Standards Roll and budget-cost cycles. Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to validate master data, info records, and operational inputs. Support regional teams during standard cost roll and budget cycles and prepare year over year COGS impact analysis.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • English communication, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to work in a quickly changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Working knowledge of SAP, especially on FICO and MM module.
