About the Role

The main responsibilities would be performing various tasks in AR and disbursement functions to support divisional operations.

What You Will Do

  • Billing run and supporting validation and filing for 3rd party customers.
  • Invoice issuance supporting document preparation.
  • Sales breakdown and AR aging report preparation.
  • AR collection, clearing and bad debt provision calculation.
  • Overdue AR dunning.
  • ICO charge in/out and ICO monthly reconciliation.
  • Bank reconciliations preparation.
  • Support line manager in both internal and external auditing and process improvement.
  • Other ad-hoc requirements.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
  • 2-5 years working experience in AR and disbursement functions, MNC background is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial system, SAP experience is a preferred.
  • Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
  • Team player and self-motivated with good communication skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Capability in Japanese (both written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Bank treasury software experience is preferred.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
