About the Role
You will collaborate with the team and leverage your expertise in facility management to oversee all stages of factory facility operations, including new projects and daily operations. Responsibilities cover facility and equipment planning, operation and maintenance, energy conservation, new project management, and more. In this role, you will report to the Manager.
What You Will Do
· Responsible for facility improvement planning and construction.
· Train and direct the teams to run the facility and unitalities system well, such as buildings, HAVC, air compressors, fire extinguish system, water system and elevators etc.
· Establish and Improve maintenance procedures and programs to maintain compliance with regulatory codes and budgetary requirements, and to sustain reliable and efficient operation of facility and utilities system.
· Establish effective service contracts/agreement with vendors to ensure maximum utilities equipment uptime.
· Take care of energy management.
· Collaborate with other departments and service vendors and align with EHS requirements to ensure safe and quality service of all facilities system.
· Design, monitor and coordinate the facility projects.
What You Need to Be Successful
· Bachelor's degree or above in electrical, automation, mechanical or other engineering fields, better with above 3 years’ experience.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills with logical thinking and enjoy supporting the production related activities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good work ethic and integrity constantly innovate in daily operations.

1. Technical Competencies
· Cross-disciplinary Expertise:
Proficient in core facility systems (MEP, HVAC, water treatment).
Knowledge of IIoT/EMS to drive digital transformation.
· Energy & Sustainability:
Experience in energy audits, carbon-neutral planning (ISO 50001 compliance).
Led energy-saving initiatives (e.g., solar PV, waste heat recovery).
· Emergency Response:
Contributed to EHS system development with rapid troubleshooting protocols.
2. Project Management
· End-to-End Execution:
Managed greenfield projects, production line relocations, and equipment procurement (design-to-commissioning).
· Skilled in Gantt charts, AutoCAD/Revit.
· Cost & Compliance:
Budget optimization expertise; familiar with OSHA/GB regulations.
3. Soft Skills
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaised with production, EHS, procurement teams, and external stakeholders (vendors/government).
· Technical documentation proficiency (SOPs, reports).
Systematic Problem-Solving:
Applied FMEA and PDCA methodologies.
4. Differentiators (Competitive Edge)
· Global factory experience or ISO certification projects.
· Certifications: PMP®, CFM, or LEED.
· Data analytics with Python/SQL for equipment performance.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
