About the Role
As an Engineering Excellence Engineer you will work with automotive Speakers and other similar audio processing products. In this role you will be responsible to identify process gaps and make improvement, work as process expert for coach process and will lead the engineering process activity to prevent quality issues.
What You Will Do
Identify process gaps for speaker team, define and continuous refine detailed practices, guidelines and templates for use within Car Audio aligned to automotive process, tools and program needs
Represent Car Audio for process definition, deployment and automation with automotive process team and tools team.
Define tool configuration guideline and drive Digital team’s implementation.
Provide Car Audio practices Training
Coach engineering teams for customer and internal process compliance during development phase.
Consult engineering teams on DFMEA, FMA, FTA, problem solving methodology, etc. during development phase
Analyze of Lessons Learnt, bug/defect, quality findings and look across to programs during development phase.
Other tasks assigned.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, transducer, or equivalent
8~12 years of working experience or equivalent in a speaker-oriented position or quality assurance role
Working knowledge of HW&TE development processes and tools
Working knowledge of requirements development processes and tools
Working knowledge of validation processes and tools
Working knowledge of problem solving, FMEA
Able to communicate in a global matrixed organization at all levels
Capable project management and time management skills
Bonus Points if You Have
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, transducer, or equivalent
Familiarity with audio product development.
PMP certification
