About the Role

In this role you will serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across China and the broader APAC region. This role will be a critical partner to the business, enabling rapid growth, transformation, and evolving workforce needs through high-quality hiring strategies, talent insights, and scalable recruiting programs.

Your Team:

You will lead a team of senior recruiters and be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate, commercial, engineering, R&D, operations, and functional roles (excluding manufacturing).

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute regional hiring strategies aligned to business growth, transformation, and workforce planning priorities across China and APAC.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, data driven recruitment plans, including ramp-ups, new capability builds, and critical role hiring.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and proactively build pipelines.
  • Deliver best in class hiring outcomes, ensuring access to top talent across competitive markets.
  • Provide talent market intelligence, including benchmarking, compensation insights, supply/demand analysis, and competitor mapping.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision making, improve hiring quality, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain diverse, future ready talent pipelines for critical and niche skills set/roles.
  • Lead strategic hiring programs, niche skill hiring, and regional recruitment initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies across markets.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition efforts with workforce planning and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Rewards partners to ensure competitive offers and market alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring strategy, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure strong compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, and internal governance across all countries in scope.
  • Own and drive talent acquisition KPIs, including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and candidate/hiring manager experience.
  • Support divisional TA Lead to improve TA processes within region to support rapid growth and business transformation.
  • Lead and support ad hoc TA initiatives driven by business needs, such as market entry, organizational redesign, or accelerated hiring needs.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant regional or global leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading China and APAC hiring, including strong exposure to Japan, Singapore, India, and/or multi country environments.
  • Background in industries such as consumer electronics, audio, technology, engineering, or complex corporate environments.
  • Experience hiring across corporate, commercial, engineering, R&D, and operations roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing a team in an international context.
  • Strong capability in strategic hiring strategies, market benchmarking, and talent analytics.
  • Good understanding of regional labor laws, compliance, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with HRBPs, Rewards, and senior business leaders.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Understanding of and experience with Workday and Avature.
  • Experience leading campus/EIC programs at scale.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to work In Shenzhen, China office location.
  • You are willing to travel, if necessary, 10% local and international.
  • Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
