About the Role
We are seeking more than just a Sales Manager - we are looking for a builder of a dedicated Pop-channel system. In this role, you will take full ownership of HARMAN’s strategy, development, and management within this channel. Your core mission is to:
- Manage the exclusive Pop channel, ensuring its health, balanced inventory, and strategic alignment to achieve sales targets.
- Drive business growth within the Pop channel by developing and executing effective sales strategies on platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin, thereby increasing market share and brand influence.
What You Will Do
1. Sell‑Through Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute Sell‑Through improvement plans for assigned Pop channels; monitor and analyze end‑customer sales data (turnover days, sell‑through rate, etc.) to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of individual store performance, identifying slow‑moving and fast‑moving products; collaborate with national distributors and e‑commerce teams to create targeted promotions, marketing campaigns, and clearance strategies that support annual sales goals.
- Lead planning and execution of joint marketing activities, including major platform promotions (6.18, Double 11), category days, and live streaming - maximizing campaign effectiveness.
2. Channel Enablement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain deep, win‑win strategic relationships with key Pop exclusive/distributor store leaders, acting as their chief advisor on JBL product operations.
- Provide product knowledge, market trends, competitor insights, and sales training to channel partners, enhancing the effectiveness of their front-line sales teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure efficient execution of brand campaigns and resource alignment within the channel.
- Analyze online user behavior and competitor trends to offer recommendations for product, content, and promotional optimization, driving online traffic conversion and sales growth.
3. Data‑Driven Inventory Optimization
- Monitor and manage inventory data across channels, proactively identifying and addressing risks such as high stock levels or slow-moving items to optimize overall inventory structure
- Regularly produce Sell‑Through analysis reports, review sales results, forecast trends, and provide data‑backed insights to inform sales strategy and product planning.
4. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis
- Continuously track competitor activities in the Pop channel, including pricing and promotional tactics, and quickly develop responsive strategies.
- Identify shifts in emerging e‑commerce channels and sales models, exploring new growth opportunities.
What You Need to Be Successful
1. Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Management, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of e-commerce channel sales experience in consumer electronics or home appliances, experience with well-known audio or 3C digital brands is a plus.
- 3+ years managing major e‑commerce platforms, with strong familiarity with operational rules and models of Tmall, JD.com, etc.; Pop‑channel management experience and proven success cases highly valued.
2. Core Competencies
- Expertise in sell-through management with hands-on experience using data analysis to drive inventory turnover and sales.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other tools for data analysis to uncover business opportunities and risks.
- Excellent communication and influence, with strong cross-functional collaboration and client negotiation abilities to drive strategy execution.
- Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying issues and delivering effective solutions.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
