About the Role
This role focuses on planning, process optimization, operational control, and complex issues handling, while execution is carried out through specialized sub-teams (Order Entry and Sales Operations). It mainly enables revenue achievement and operation efficiency through sales operation planning, process optimization, data-driven insights and cross-departmental collaboration.
What You Will Do
Team size is 6, including 5 subordinates.
1. Data-Driven Sales Support and Decision Making
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and recurring analyses.
- Identify business growth opportunities and risk points.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
- Support translating strategic priorities into actionable sales plans.
- Offer a decision-making basis for sales strategies, channel optimization, and execution priorities through in-depth data analysis
2. Sales Operation Process and System Management
- Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes and SOPs; monitor adherence and effectiveness.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of local sales tools, including SAP and data analytics platforms, to support refined sales management.
3. Targets, Forecasting & Resource Allocation
- Collaboratively oversee the annual/monthly sales planning rhythm with GM, Finance and Sales leaders.
- Cascade targets to verticals/teams/individuals and define assessment standards.
- Establish a consistent sales forecasting rhythm and enhance forecast accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate sales resource allocation (promotion budget & cost) to maximize ROI and productivity.
4. Sales project management
- Define project registration guidelines and resolve registration conflicts to ensure fairness, transparency, and orderly execution.
5. Dealer Authorization management
- Evaluate, grant, and periodically review dealer authorizations
- Manage contract renewals and compliance requirements.
6. E-Commerce Operation Management (mainly for Tmall and JD platforms):
- Align EC promotional calendars and incentive programs with sales leaders and customers
- Oversee flagship store operations and online authorization management.
- Manage pricing and compliance (low‑price and infringement complaints), platform escalations, whitelists
- Coordinate issue resolution liaises with cross SBU, and platform stakeholders as needed.
- Manage online promotion procurement via Ariba.
7. Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) & Sales Order Management
- Set policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements for order entry, AR, and delivery processes; ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks.
- Establish KPI targets (order cycle time, AR dispute resolution, delivery accuracy) and monitor adherence through dashboards and KPIs.
- Lead resolution of critical order issues by providing solution proposals and coordinating cross-functional decisions (AR disputes, or delivery delays impacting revenue or customer satisfaction)
8. Cross-departmental collaboration and team enablement
- Establish an efficient collaboration mechanism with departments such as global operation team (logistic /SCM/ SIOP) and China sales, marketing, finance
- Deliver enablement on processes, tools, and analytics so that sales teams can execute with consistency and speed.
9. People Leadership
- Build a high‑performing team: clarify roles and KPIs, set goals and review rhythms, coach for performance and growth, and strengthen succession.
What You Need to Be Successful
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration or related fields is preferred
2. Work Experience: More than 10 years of sales operation management experience, more than 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with experience in Professional audio, video and lighting industry, or other B2B industries are preferred
3. Functional Mastery: End‑to‑end sales operations (planning/forecasting, process/SOPs, CRM/ERP/SAP utilization, order‑to‑cash, reporting).
4. Analytics: Proficient in data modeling and analysis; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
5. Leadership: Strong strategic planning, cross‑functional coordination, and resource orchestration skills; change management mindset.
6. Behaviors: Results-oriented, with acute data insight and risk awareness, and outstanding communication.
7. Language: Fluent spoken and written English.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
