We’re a global, multi-disciplinary team that’s putting the innovative power of technology to work and transforming tomorrow. At HARMAN Automotive, we give you the keys to fast-track your career.

  • Engineer audio, digital cockpit and Telematic systems and integrated technology platforms that augment the driving experience
  • Combine ingenuity, in-depth research, and a spirit of collaboration with design and engineering excellence
  • Advance in-vehicle infotainment, safety, efficiency, and enjoyment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of next-generation advanced display solutions (OLED, Micro LED) for automotive digital cockpit systems. This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about in-cabin experience innovation, with a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, and customer focus.

This position is responsible for product management of advanced display technologies within the Ready Display Product line under HARMAN’s Intelligent Cockpit – Visual Experience (VX) group.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, defining differentiated value propositions for both customers and HARMAN. This global role will be responsible for ongoing definition and tracking of minimum and maximum viable products of the assigned advanced displays including driving product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements (why, what, when), aligned with technology evolution, market insights, and automotive trends. You will manage product P&L (business case), define business priorities, and ensure execution alignment with cross-functional teams while continuously building a strong innovation pipeline. You will adopt and implement product management best practices and find continuous growth opportunities. The position may or may not have supervisory responsibilities.

Working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, you will collaborate with delivery, engineering, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, sales, marketing, legal, and UX teams to bring products to market. You will also support pre-sales engagements, to help position and evangelize solutions with customers and partners, while maximizing platform reuse. The role will work closely with other subject matter experts within and manage external strategic partners for synergies to jointly define product concept, roadmap, features, system architecture and design while contributing to ongoing assessment of market size (TAM/SAM) and industry trends.

This position will also hold additional responsibility to implement the predefined GTM strategy by supporting pre-sales engagements by working with cross-functional teams to evangelize these products and platforms with internal as well as external customers and associated partner ecosystem.
