About the Role

The Manager, Business Operations will drive key business initiatives, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional alignment to support business growth and scale. This role will oversee key operational processes, develop and implement performance metrics, and partner closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless execution of critical business priorities across the division. This position will report to Director, Business Operations and Project Management.

What You Will Do

  • Orchestrate key business initiatives, ensuring alignment and coordination with cross functional team.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Streamline effective cross-functional collaboration among teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments with stakeholders and monitor the status in the enterprise risk management framework.
  • Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms for key operational processes
  • Develop strategic projects and high-impact initiatives from planning through execution
  • Drive and present clear operational and project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary liaison between local teams and global function to drive alignment and resolve operational challenges
  • Prepare and support board of directors’ materials and senior management reporting.
  • Conduct scenario modeling for operational risk management and business optimization.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to extract insights and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend / synthesize solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative, with a focus on team success.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Master’s degree or MBA degree.
  • Global experience and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with managing enterprise level projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • PMP or other project management certification.

  • Fluent English communication in oral and writing.
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel.
