Description & Requirements

1. PR & PO Management

  • Submit and archive PR/PO for marketing-related activities
  • Upload supporting documents into systems (e.g. Ariba)
  • Maintain documentation compliance
  • Estimated workload: 8 hours/week

2. Payment & Reimbursement Processing

  • Prepare and submit payment requests
  • Maintain reimbursement documentation packages
  • Ensure completeness and audit readiness
  • Estimated workload: 8 hours/week

3. Showroom Operation Support (Room 2901)

  • Support daily operation and basic maintenance coordination
  • Track showroom-related expenses
  • Coordinate cleaning, equipment upkeep, and basic logistics

4. Sample Management Support

  • Handle product sample application and tracking

  • Maintain sample inventory visibility

  • Support new product launch readiness

  • Estimated workload (3 & 4 combined): 8 hours/week

Additional Support (as needed):

  • PR/PO tracking dashboards
  • File organization and document management
  • Meeting notes and basic operational reporting
