About the Role

This position is for a Senior Software Engineer with 3+ years of mobile apps experience. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed/excel whose main responsibility is designing and developing mobile apps products. As a Senior Software Engineer the candidate is expected to

take a leading role in architecture design and get involved in daily development activities. Other responsibilities include following company processes and procedures for software development and working closely in a team environment. This individual should have a strong, positive attitude and the ability to easily multitask and provide advice/support to other engineers. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead cross-platform mobile application development initiatives. Apply deep expertise to improve scalability, maintainability, and long-term product evolution.
• Architect and design complex systems that deliver wireless devices related services like connectivity, remote control and OTA.
• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android, driving technical direction and ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
• Test, track, and monitor features that you ship to our customers and actively fix issues that crop up.
• Communicate solution approaches to enterprise architects, project team and other stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of mobile application software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native or Xamarin.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with automated pipelines for continuous build and integration systems (CI/CD).

Bonus Points if You Have

• Knowledge of common wireless protocol application like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for devices control.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English level with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, documentations and collaboration with international teams.
