About the Role
You will collaborate with the team, leveraging your knowledge of facilities and equipment to responsible all stages of the technical operation of factory facilities and equipment.This includes equipment planning, operation and maintenance, energy conservation, project management, etc.In this position, you will report to the manager.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for technical operations of plant facilities, encompassing facility planning, day-to-day operations, maintenance, energy efficiency initiatives, and project management.
- Develop and implement facility improvement plans and construction projects.
- Train and supervise teams in the effective operation of facilities and utility systems, including buildings, HVAC, air compressors, fire safety systems, water systems, and elevators.
- Establish and refine maintenance procedures and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, meet budgetary constraints, and maintain reliable, efficient operation of all facility and utility systems.
- Communication and managing services with vendors to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external service providers, ensuring full alignment with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements to deliver safe, high-quality facility services.
- Design, monitor, and coordinate facility improvement projects from conception to completion.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for supporting production-related activities and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with strong logical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation in daily operations and process improvements.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Machines design or development experience.
- Be Familiar with assembly production line and machines (electrical and pneumatic control system).
- Knowledge or experience for the application of Robot, camera vision system, servo driving system.
- Be good at PLC programing and troubleshooting.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
