Description & Requirements

As a DSP Project Lead at Harman, you are responsible for successfully running the DSP part of our Projects and ensure project deliveries in time, budget and quality. 

What You Will Do

  •     Establish communication and synchronization with global cross functional teams involved in the project on a regular base
  •     Plan, monitor, control and track the DSP project to achieve the goals with respect to schedule, effort, product quality and process quality in a timely manner
  •     Provide project status updates on a regular base
  •     Define and establish planning guidelines and priorities for the development
  •     Serve as the face to the customer for all DSP related topics
  •     Work with DSP and Acoustic team to deliver quality works

What You Need

  •     Expert knowledge in project management and coordination in a globally distributed development environment
  •     Expert knowledge in software engineering
  •     Knowledge of signal processing and acoustic
  •     Knowledge of risk management
  •     Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  •     Structured and result-oriented working style
  •     Ability of teamwork with internal/external teams
