About the Role

Performs administrative and office support activities for administration
department. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, courier delivery and cargo release management, word documentation processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Adm expense claim.  Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for reception of visiting guests and visitor registration.
  • Responsible to keep the office environment tidy and comfortable, keep the office equipment in workable status, keep the logistics support in place, smooth work and elegant environment.
  • Under the leadership of the office manager, responsible for the company's administrative logistics work, security and fire management, to create a comfortable, beautiful, clean working and living environment.
  • Responsible for the company's canteen management, dormitory management, environmental health management, green management, plant management, infrastructure engineering management and housing repair, decoration management and other comprehensive affairs.
  • Responsible for the company's security management, including the guard on duty, the company security situation, fire safety and the company's major activities of the security work to ensure that the company personnel, property security;
  • Responsible for courier delivery and cargo release management.
  • Responsible for the group of employees visa and travel reservation.
  • Responsible for group contact list and business card sorting and input system.
  • Responsible for stationary and daily consumable management, purchase, delivery and cost control.
  • Release payment request for office expense.
  • Assist and coordinate employee and company activities.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Associate or above.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Nice personality and customer oriented.
  • Organized, proactive, outgoing, and a team player

What Makes You Eligible

  • You have a working knowledge of English.
  • You are willing to travel, if necessary.
  • Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
  • You can obtain a government security clearance; You are eligible to work in China.
