About the Role

This is a statutory accountant role for the statutory job covered by China GSSC. Primary area of focus of this position includes statutory reporting, statutory audit and CIT filing etc. this position is expected to work closely with SBU teams to maintain statutory compliance and efficiency standards.

What You Will Do

• Prepare PRC statutory reporting. Ensure smooth conversion of HARMAN ledgers into PRC  accounts every month and timely submission of financial reports per PRC GAAP.  Maintain accurate quarterly and annual GAAP difference schedule.

• Fulfill CIT filing requirements including yearly tax audit etc.

• Support internal and external audit to meet external auditor requirement for accounting documents.  Ensure successful completion of annual statutory audit with no major issues.

• Optimize statutory reporting processes

• Other job assigned by supervisor

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.

• Statutory knowledge background such as IFRS and China Accounting GAAP

• 5 years around of finance and accounting experience in a complex environment.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
