What You Will Do

• Manage supply chain operation team for supporting Harman Embedded Audio global business
• Ensure stability and continuity of Global Supply to global customer
• Global customer demand management including customer forecast analysis, historic data analysis and adjustment
• Establish procedures and policies in place to maintain high scores from customer scorecards
• Drive continuous improvement in process, system and communication
• Manage supply partners on capacity, materials planning, production and delivery to improve supplier delivery performance and ensures goods on-time delivery to customer.
• Manage on time New Product Introduction by proactively working with cross-functional teams to minimize impact of component changes, and secure long Lead time components available to meet initial sales quantities.
• Manage product’s life cycle from supply perspective by proactively work with cross-functional teams to minimize impact of component changes.
• Develop suppliers to increase responsiveness and on time delivery
• Manage supply issues proactively by involving respective cross-functional teams to ensure no supply disruptions to customer
• Manage demand upside by working proactively with suppliers and satisfying customer demand.
• Minimize material obsolescence by effectively forecasting demand and communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Manage and optimize all logistic services (inbound and outbound) for goods delivery to worldwide customer
• Track and trace suppliers performance
• In charge of the material and finish goods inventory in good and healthy condition , and also manage warehouse operation
• Utilize SAP to develop and manage various reports
• Publish monthly reports to management teams as necessary.
• Present supply chain team metrics, supplier performance to management

What You Need to Be Successful

• A well-rounded professional with 10 years of working experience relating to operations process in consumer electronics industry, preferably in supply chain, operation.
• Customer focus orientation
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of planning and ordering process
• Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
• Supplier relationship management skills
• Good at data analysis.
• Excellent knowledge in SAP system and Microsoft office.
• Self-awareness and willing to learn
• Result driven with teamwork
• Experience in multinational company is preferred
