About the Role

  • Utilize your robust technical acumen to engineer and implement advanced algorithmic solutions for In-Cabin feature perception, adhering to industry-best methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into precise perception specifications.
  • Pioneer the development of cutting-edge neural network models for computer vision within Driver Monitoring and Occupant Monitoring Systems.
  • Curate and apply a suite of statistical, ML, and AI algorithms to address complex data challenges in filtering, clustering, and classification.

What You Will Do

  • Model Development: Continuously deliver high-performance ML models with MLops practices. Refine model production and iteration pipelines.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy the ML model onto target platforms, including Exynos, Qualcomm, TI, etc.
  • Data Proficiency: Harness scripting capabilities to manage and analyze large-scale data sets effectively.
  • Innovation Application: Translate industry foresights into actionable strategies within your work.
  • Integrate and productize solutions through matrix collaboration with engineers, designers, testers, and managers.
  • Uphold solution integrity through rigorous code reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Partner with Data Collection/V&V teams to architect and execute comprehensive validation plans.

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Computer Vision.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing scalable, high-performance computer vision applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including infrastructure, model optimization, deployment, data pipelines, and workflows.
  • Mastery in image classification, segmentation, and object detection.
  • Proficiency in at least one framework: TensorFlow, Cuda-convnet, or PyTorch.
  • Ability to track and implement state-of-the-art academic research.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with Nvidia/TI/EA ecosystems.
