What You Will Do

?Manage multi-site SW development teams through Phase-Gate new product development (NPD) process

? Manage and develop SW project timelines-based schedules.

? Develop Software Requirement Document (SRD) capture from customer and product scope

? Conduct regular team meetings and carry out communication with internal and external parties

? Provide regular project reports showing status of each program in development and maintain effective

? communication with program stakeholders such as suppliers and ODM.

? Track progress of cost, budget and timing of program from SW perspective, reporting any variances and suggesting ways to bring program back to plan.

? Planning, executing and monitoring development projects in accordance with the defined software/product development model

? Coordination of development activities in all of Harman’s various departments, including cross-functional team, product management team, product compliance, quality and manufacturing.

? Relentlessly execute project plan to meet schedule commitment

? Ongoing risk management evaluating the risk and taking the necessary actions

? Timely escalation to senior management team when there is a major issue that would significantly impact program schedule, cost and quality which is beyond what the project team can resolve
