About The Role

The Financial Analyst provides financial and analytical services to Embedded Audio BU. This business unit is a global operating unit managed out of Shenzhen office with locations in Shenzhen and California. This position reports to Finance Manager.

Whet You Will Do

  • Validate and analyze the monthly spend charge from IC partners
  • Support and validate daily spend application such as purchasing request coding
  • Support and Prepare both online and offline monthly closing deliverables such as cost center spend report, program spend report
  • Implement and analyze forecast to include key factors such as product profitability, standard contribution margin, PPV/MPV
  • Support Business Case preparation and validation
  • Support annually budget preparation such as consolidating the cost center spend and online system submission
  • Maintain and execute the SOX documentation and control procedures
  • Liaise with internal audit, tax and treasury departments and external auditors
  • Various Ad-hoc requests

What You Need

  • Four year bachelors Accounting degree
  • Proven 8 years of working experience in a dynamic and fast changing multinational corporation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must have knowledge and experience of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills (both in English & Chinese, written & verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Good time - management skill to meet the tight schedule and deadline
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Teamwork attitude and be flexible and work under pressure

What is Nice to Have

  • CPA or Chartered Accountant designation
  • BPC and Darwin software experience
  • SAP experience
