Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Layout, including formulate the annual layout plan, make the annual budget for layout optimization, implement layout plan and improve layout efficiency, improve space utilization, specifically lines, and the whole production area and lean layout design for the final assembly line.

  • Labor cost management, including cycle time management/Line balance analysis, routing minutes maintenance and drive labor efficiency improvement.

  • Internal logistics, including route design for the distribution of the material, material distribution batch size design.

  • Ergonomic, including operating motion design and improvement, workstation design, including station layout, material replenishment, etc. and operator loading analysis and improvement.

  • General IE work package, including lead Cross-functional projects, lead standard work process, improve labor and lead Just in Time production through lean tools, such as VSM, Continue flow, Kanban/ pulling system.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/ Industry/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years related IE experience, and good process experience on SMT/ Electronic Assembly
  • Ability to work independently and communicate well in multi-cultural environment
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Result oriented and good time management
  • Good teamwork and willing to share with others
  • Experience on Auto CAD, SAP, Minitab and MS office application (incl. Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Good spoken and written English

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Project Management Certification
  • Program Development Skill is preferred
  • Automotive experience is preferred
